Metagenics Daily Fibre Boost - formerly Herbulk® provides.7 grams of dietary fiber per serving. This powdered formula is orange flavoured and is designed to support healthy intestinal function, and it offers great support for those who want to promote healthy bowel motility.

Directions: Blend, shake, or briskly stir 1 scoop (10 grams) of Herbulk into 8-12 ounces of water, juice, or other beverage, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
