Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum, and sodium copper chlorophyllin (color), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Directions: Adults take 1-2 capsules approximately 30 minutes prior to sleep or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.
