What is Active B6 Pyridoxal?
Genestra Active B6 Pyridoxal supports nutrient metabolism. Active B6 Pyridoxal provides vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P), a biologically active form of the vitamin. P5P is an important cofactor in fatty acid metabolism including the production of important omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrate metabolism and the conversion of tryptophan into niacin. Vitamin B6 also supports healthy tissue formation.*
