Ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, and rice maltodextrin.
Directions: Mix about ¼ teaspoon (.75 g) with four to six ounces of unchilled water one to two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
