Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, soy isoflavones (soy), black cohosh extract, stearic acid (vegetable), cellulose, silica, sodium starch glycolate, and coating (hypromellose, medium chain  triglycerides , and hydroxypropylcellulose). Contains: soy.

Directions: Take one tablet one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
