HMF Neuro Capsules contain a combination of five proprietary, human-sourced probiotics and the amino acid L-glutamine. Included in this probiotic blend is L. rhamnosus, a strain that has demonstrated exorphin-degrading activity in vitro. Exorphins are peptides produced during the digestion of certain foods, including wheat and dairy products.
L. rhamnosus has been shown to eliminate exorphins from wheat and milk in intestinally-stimulated conditions. This strain has been combined with four proprietary, research-driven strains to support gastrointestinal health and contribute to a favourable gut flora.*
This unique preparation containing various strains and species of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium to specifically assist with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD). Research shows that autistic children have significantly higher gastrointestinal tract disorders, and have increased intestinal permeability consequently leading to accumulation of toxins such as heavy metals, in particular mercury, and undigested proteins in the lymph, circulatory and central nervous systems, triggering systemic abnormalities. Undigested proteins, from foods containing gluten and casein, can lead to the production of aberrant peptides and opioid activity or "exorphines" in the intestine.
HMF Neuro Capsules helps heal and maintain the integrity of the intestinal tract, and is indicated for ADHD and for all ASDs disorders.
Lactobacillus rhamnosus have the capability of breaking down the exophin peptides which can be produced in excess in the intestines of the autistic children. In addition to havi g peptide hydrolysing abilities, the two strains of L. acidophilus assist with mercury detoxification and help to heal the mucosal barrier and restore the intestinal tract.
Human MicroFlora (HMF) probiotic strains were studied in randomized, double-blinded placebo-controlled human trials at 25 billion CFU per day. Proprietary non- pathogenic human-sourced microflora bacterial strains are utilized as they have strong epithelial adherence and a naturally high tolerance to stomach acid.

Recommended Dose: Adults, Adolescents and Children (6 years and older): Take one capsule two times daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
