Recommended Dosage:
Adults and children (12+ years): 10 drops under the tongue two to three times daily, 20 minutes away from meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Children under 12: Five drops under the tongue two to three times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Take 20 minutes away from meals. Place drops directly under under the tongue or into 1/4 oz of water.
